anyone with a miracle answer? If you have it, you'll even get a virtual flower and virtual hug........... :D
-
Okay, not a hope I'd rollerblade haha... ya mad yoke!!! :D Still hoping someone's got the miracle answer... ?
-
Sounds dangerous :/ where I live, it's pretty hilly and there's no way it'd work uphill and downhill that's a recipe for disaster :( Hoping someone will have a miracle answer for me!!!! Switching back and forth - might try that tomorrow morning and see how that works.

I find breathing deeply helps them. If you have them, breathe in for 4 steps, breathe out for 6 steps.. that makes them go, and keep breathing deeply through your run rather than shallow :) This helps for me, maybe others have other ideas :)

This, only one thing you got wrong in that statement: the main thing these diets do before burning anything, is make the person who wrote the book a good bit richer!
-
I take it that you wanted this 17 day diet to kickstart your weightloss rather than shed the 30lbs in that time, right? Are you drinking lots of water where you didn't before? Might be water retention. Also, that diet (I admit I had to google what that is!) is on very low calories. So your body might be storing the…

swimming's great for that, I totally agree - on a different note though: Swimming always made me ravenous for food - but I read online somewhere that it doesn't actually burn all that many calories, it's your body cooling down in the water, which makes your body respond with 'feed me' - but if you have a really hot shower…

yep, that's what you can do. Or you can leave your cals the same and add 'breastfeeding' to one of your meals. It will show up as 'breastfeeding -500 cals' :) Congrats on your arrival!!
-
fab find, thanks! Great to get ideas of what to cook :)

That could be it!! I'm in Ireland  http://www.bestinseason.ie/a-z/coriander/ haha.. oh well - either way, they're tasty!!! I'm not allowed use coriander leaves though when hubby's home, he thinks they taste of soap. I think he wins on the 'weird' scale
-
errr, no it isn't. I buy coriander leaves. I think they're the same thing, only different language...
-
Okay, that's what I understood also - am just freaked out by how many calories that are!! That means 2577/day for me incl the breastfeeding!!!! Sounds insane to me, to be honest and I'm not sure I have the nerve to up it that much. Currently I'm on 1480 cals + breastfeeding (so 1980 incl breastfeeding) and do you know…

rosemary goes really well with potatoes <3 or in soup/stirfry. chives are delish over freshly scrambled eggs or in a sandwich/salad cillantro (isn't that coriander?) perfect for putting into a curry!! or make a carrot & coriander soup <3 DELISH!

That's the thing that confused me, apparently, that's the maintenance level once I've reached my goal. Here's what it said: Based on how much activity you do on an average day, the calories in the right column will be the number of calories that you will be able to eat at your goal weight. If you start eating those…

week 3: 168lbs [-1lb] total loss so far: [-6lbs]

Thanks for the lovely replies :) Loads of fabulous babies  It's really nice to meet you!

bumping for reading tonight

11lbs in 7 weeks is fabulous! You don't WANT to lose faster, most people who lose too fast will eventually put it back on. You've still lost more than 1lb on average a week and that's a fast pace, believe it or not :) You probably didn't put all your weight on over 8 weeks, it will not come off that quickly either. Keep at…

+1 - has been recommended to me too and the site is humongously big... where's the start for a beginner?
-

gillyweed! :D A bit of a more difficult trivia: What broom did Draco Malfoy have in the Philosopher's Stone? Nimbus 2000, Cleansweep 11 or Comet 260?

dizzy spells can also come from low blood sugar levels on top of low blood pressure I'm sure that's not helping matters. So watch your sugar levels also :) Cinnamon is a good one for that I believe.

meanwhile I've also been told to look at bodyrock.tv - only had a quick glance but seems there's a lot of info/routines on there :)
-
Thanks a million! Will check those out :flowerforyou:

I usually add the ground cinnamon to my porridge in the morning :) Hope you find a tasty way for yourself :)

what kind of tofu did you buy? Is it soft or firm? Natural or smoked? If it's firm natural tofu - it's nice fried in good olive oil and then added to salads. Otherwise, marinate it in herbs/sauces overnight and cook it in a stir fry. My favourite is smoked tofu, it's very firm and fab for stir fries or sandwich topping. If…

how old is your baby now and are you still expressing/nursing? Make sure you get the extra calories for that into you (500/day for full-time nursing!). And make sure you speak to your doctor too about this, not sure about medication you're taking, but if you are nursing, 1300 calories a day aren't enough to sustain you.…
