Hi! Has anyone gone and started 5:2 while exclusively breastfeeding? Do you keep your fast day calories higher? Or still at 500? Any advice? Baby 5.5 months now and still exclusively breastfed. Thank you!

Simple HRM/Cal burn monitor?
Anyone with recommendations? Preferably on the budget side as not really the cash for one!!! But aside from my running I'd like to know how much I actually burn doing my circuits/weights/other cardio. Doesn't need to be fancy so long it can measure my heart rate and estimate cal burn.

Last minute 10k race tips???
This Sunday I'm running my first 10k race... (did one last year but that was for charity, too many people who walked it so couldn't run til 6k marker... doesn't count!) So far this year, did a 2 mile and a 5k. So - any last minute tips??? Starting to get nervous a little! :ohwell:

tracking fat vs sat fat
Is there anyone on here who tracks only saturated fat instead of plain 'fat' in their diary? I'm thinking fat does not = fat. Is it worth throwing a different thing out and tracking both 'fat' and 'sat fat'? Or is it not worth it (seeing how unreliable the DB can be with entries)

Strength/Weight training outside gym?
Hiya, I've neither time nor money at the moment to join a gym. Most of my exercise is done late-ish in evening after kids are in bed (after 8pm!) or walking a lot with the kids. So, what can I do to do some strength training? I do mostly cardio (running, walking, zumba) with pilates thrown in once a week. Suggestions?
