Hi guys!!
I've been a veggie for over half my life now (also bringing my 4 kids up veggie) and am quite good in the kitchen, but I'm hunting for new recipes. Ya know, something different to get me out of my rut so to speak!
High protein, low fat, don't mind the carb bit so much... and tasty!
So, please either link to or write out your favourite recipes so I can make something different on my quest to reaching goal weight!
Also, feel free to add me as a friend if you're similarly minded.

I usually go to http://www.punchfork.com and switch it to 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' in the drop down option at the top of the page.
It's updated daily with the highest rated recipes from all over the internets, so I don't get bored. You can even search for a specific ingredient. Say you bought too many apples & don't know what to do with them- type 'apple' in & peruse all the different ways of using them.
That's where about 95% of my recipes come from. I try not to go there when I'm hungry because everything looks so good.0 -

I make zucchini boats...I scoop out the center of a zucchini and fill it with a can of stewed tomatoes, fat free ricotta, and then a italian seasoning... I top it this crushed fat free croutons and bake until done. Yummy... It tastes like veggie lasagna minus all the carbs and fat.0
