I have been doing Paleo for about 3 weeks so i am new at it too. I find that I like ground turkey, and all the lean meats, and I have found some really good no salt spices to season with. i get b12 injections every 2 weeks for anemia. they give me A LOT more energy then i had before... but that is only because i have a deficiency. As for helping with weight loss, i haven't seen any results with that.

i'm getting married April 29th... losing weight has been a struggle! I could always use more friends and support =)

Starting weight is 185.4 not sure how accurate i've been sick all weekend.. it's time to pick up the pace and get my body moving!

i loooove Trader Joe's when it comes to hummus.... they even have one that is like a little hummus sampler plate =)

i love this group! i'm new to MFP.... I'm 25 and just tired of being overweight... i'm on my way to becoming a diabetic, and I am SO scared that is going to happen to me. I have so many health problems that can be improved by losing weight, and I am engaged... i want to be a healthy bride! Keri
