Push Circuit 3 today and I added extreme abs. I feel I have more to give to my abs on weight days instead of being as fatigued after cardio. I hurt my back a little on Friday from going to heavy so took yesterday will be making burn intervals up tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a great day.

I am on day 3 of the Push phase and LOVING it. I am up to 20lbs for my lower body and 8 and 10lbs for my upper body.

Push Circuit 2 today my buns are on fire. Wish I knew how many calories I burned but I know that my heart rate gets so high and my breathing labored so who know.

Push circuit 1 today AWESOME!!! I used 8,10,15lbs. I will need to use the 20lbs though for all future leg workouts. Didn't quite reach failure on the standard squats using 15lbs. Loving the dead feeling in my arms right now.

Burn Circuit 1 (make up) and ab burner today. I will do X Stretch tomorrow and then do 30 day measurements Tuesday and start Push Phase on Wednesday I am so excited. Are you squeaking your stomach and butt muscles as you go up and down? I am pretty short and other than tricep push-ups (one sometimes) I can do I think 5-7 regular ones before I fail. Make sure your arms aren't to far apart and your tighten your whole body as you go up and down.

I actually went to Hibbets sports and bought an 80 lbs dumbbell set (it came with 4-10lb, 4-5lb, 4-2.5lb plates and two bars) It was only $65 not half bad. I was just wondering what I might need to start off with.

During the burn phase I started out with 3lb on some moves and can now lift 14lbs with some. Yes this happens to me as well. Though I am strength training and they say the strain on the muscle is what does it. The tearing and repairing of the muscle takes more energy than plain cardio.
