Last week on Burn phase did Burn Circuit 2 yep have to agree the bowlers lunges suck. Though for me I don't lose my balance they just start to burn so bad I can't stand it after like 3 or 4 I have to stop for a couple seconds. Is that normal?

Burn Intervals and ab burner. Almost done with week 3 one more week and I get to start Push. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. How much more are you gals lifting during the push phase compared to the Burn phase?

Rule of thumb for this program is if you are not dying by the 12th rep you need to go up in weight. I had to buy some 8lb and 12lb because for my upper body going up 5lbs was not feasible. It is okay if you are dying (fail) by your 10th rep but for this phase you need to make it to your 10th rep but it must be heavy enough…

Guys if you get to the 12th rep and feel like you can do more then your weights are not heavy enough. She repeats this over and over. If you like dancier stuff than I think TJ would be your best way to go. I haven't done TF but I have watched the one HIIT DVD that came with my program and it didn't seem to have dance moves in it at all. But maybe others have had more experience with it.

I am not doing the NROLFW but I do Chalean Extreme which is a weight lifting program and cardio program rolled into one. I weight lift three times a day on opposite days that I do some kind of cardio. I work out 5 times a week rotating cardio and strength training. The soreness you are feeling is from microscopic tears in your muscles (which is a good thing) from lifting weights. Chalean Extreme from Beachbody is a great program for strength training.

I use weights she will have someone using either one in the videos. If you have weights make sure they go up to at least 10lbs to begin with. I already need to go get some 12 and 15lb weights. Good luck if you want a buddy to help keep you on track feel free to add me as a friend.

Did Ab Burner again today and then Burn Circuit 3 man this one always makes my legs stiff for just about the rest of the day. Woke up with my abs and obliques a little sore I am hoping that is a good sign. Have a great day everyone.

If you are exercising and want to gain muscle you need to eat a diet of 30% fat and 30% protein and the rest carbs. Also I eat almost 1900 calories a day and weight a little more than you do so I say increase your calories make the increase more protein and good fats.

Amazing job!! I am doing Chalean Extreme which a weight lifting program with some cardio thrown in on the off days. I love it I mentally feel stronger than I ever did doing cardio.

The potassium in the bananas helps with leg craps. Which might be his thinking. Also lots of water to help flush out the lactic acid. I promise this will go away after the first week.

Week 2 burn circuit 2 upped some of my weights today so exciting. Which I would have done it Monday but that is ok I will continue for the future. I am already feeling stronger and have so much energy.
