After I had my son 7 years ago, I weighed 179 lbs. I felt pretty good at this weight although it is considered overweight for my size 5'6". I am at 230 right now and a size 20-22, so a size 12 sounds pretty good right now. I'll readjust as I get closer if I feel like I need to.

Red wine Vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh ground pepper and a little garlic - yummy!

My favorite way to make "fries" is to cut into wedges, spray with nonstick cooking spray and season with garlic salt and parsley flakes. Broil on low and turn once to brown both sides - fanastic!

I looked at your food journal and one reason you feel hungry all day is you are not eating enough calories - Try whole grain bread to fill you up and add lettuce, tomato and veggies to your sandwiches. Try pretzels with it. snack on raw veggies all day, low calories and filling. Add another snack or just eat more at meals

I don't usually eat anything either, the movie is expensive enough! We eat dinner before we go and I'm just not hungry when we get there. If I do need a snack, I will pop my own popcorn at home, put it in a baggie and sneak it in who's really gonna know - it's dark

I agree, you can buy the meat with the most fat, brown it, drain it and rinse it with HOT water and you are left with lean meat. Don't waste money on the expensive stuff - this is just as good

I had this great red and white small checkered patterned bikini that I LOVED when I was about 20. I wish I still had it because I plan to wear one like it when I reach my goal. I had stretch marks on my thighs and breasts then and have even more now after the kids but I can do things to lighten them. I WANT THAT BIKINI!!!!!
