I have 3 meals a day but am a typical 'grazer' picking throughout the day. I eat bread or potatoes at each meal but after this post I think i will try to bulk up on veggies and replace bread with ryvita and the like and see if that works.

Just take calcium supplement as i am a woman of a certain age and I don't eat dairy (although do have the occasion serving of cream). I think supplements are worth taking if you know your diet or health means you are deficient in certain vitamins or minerals. Problem is remembering to take them.

i eat mine and am losing weight at a steady pace so must work. it also stops me feeling hungry and i don't feel deprived if i eat something that is a bit more calorific than normal.

i too am my second week in and at present feel very motivated as i have lost 2lb each week but I too need to keep motivated. Add me as a motivational friend if you want.
