It's already been said, but really the only way is to reduce overall body fat. It's you genetics that decides where fat is stored, and also in what order it goes on/comes off. I have a friend doing intermittant fasting who has cut a large percentage of body fat. Thats eating everything within a couple hour window, and nothing the rest of the day. So far none at all. I lost 100+ lbs in about 11 months or so. I did it via calorie deficit combined with a lot of cardio... first walking then running.

When I started this at 335lbs, I was losing 3-4lbs per week. I am now 229lbs and 19 away from goal, and I am lucky if I lose a pound in 2 weeks. It's alright... Im patient :)

I started at about 335 and am now 281lbs. I was eating 2200 cals to start and have incrementally dropped it by 50 cals where I am at 1900 now. I have no plan to drop any lower than that for a while. Mind you I am a guy so my requirements might be a little higher? I think maybe if you raise your calories to about 1800-1900…
