You would need to reorganise the times you eat! Poo does not weigh very much 2-4 ozs per poo so deduct that from your scale weight instead. Be glad your body has a regular cycle of poo. Don't ask how I know how much a poo weighs- it was in my text book. Jasmin

If its an isolate day- don't worry but please don't eat less than BMR. You need essential protein to mantain muscle (type 11). Opinions vary on this but longer term low consistent net calories consumed would not be part of my strategy. Jasmin

Don't care how it is made , cooked, what is in it or any of that. The smell of the cooking fat makes me feel ill and it lingers in the street- let alone in enclosed spaces such as shopping areas or railway stations. I once saw them take the guck away from the back of a shop in a disposal truck.
