This counts as success. I went from 198 lbs to my current weight and have held it for 2 years, despite not being on the site. A little bit of fluctuation but always back down. Water logging - liquid in general
How does everyone else log liquid? If I have a herbal tea (no milk no sugar) - no cals I put it in food diary. Should I also put it in liquids/water as part of my 8 a day? Is logging water only for water with nothing added or do I put all liquid in it. What do you do? Jasmin

Vitamin b12 deficiency?
Read an interesting article about low vitamin b12 and the effects of sub clinical state. A lot of the symptoms are similar to hypothyroid which I definitely have, but wondered if this could mask a vit b 12 issue as well. Can happen with excessive exercise. Has anyone found this an issue?
