Water logging - liquid in general

How does everyone else log liquid?

If I have a herbal tea (no milk no sugar) - no cals I put it in food diary. Should I also put it in liquids/water as part of my 8 a day?

Is logging water only for water with nothing added or do I put all liquid in it. What do you do?

    I only log actual water as water.

    I log most things i drink in my water intake. I drink herbal tea as well, and i do not see why i cannot log that as a drink- it satisfies my water needs after all! Only things i don't log are milk in my cereal, or milkshakes, etc.

    I don't log my water.

    If my urine is pale yellow I'm fine. If it's bright yellow I drink more water.

    Your recommended water can come from many sources. Food. Water. Juice. Tea. You don't necessarily have to drink 64 oz of water a day.

    Urine colour is a better indicator of proper hydration.

    I don't log water either. I know I drink plenty.
