Hi there. Sent you a PM but maybe better posted here in case other people have the same question... I have the Polar FT60 which did a VO2max index when I first got it. SO...since my HRM has this function, do I still need to go in and change me age from 38 to 54 to account for the change in my BMR due to my BF? Thanks!

Swimmers! Two (possibly dumb) questions: 1) if you wear a cap, does it keep your hair dry so that chlorine (to avoid dryness)? 2) if you wear goggles, does it keep water out of your contacts (to avoid infection)? THANK YOU!

In case anyone is wondering, the lowest model Polar that allows you to test your VO2Max and set that setting is the FT60. I'm getting mine on Friday!

Fried egg over 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with a sprinkle of salt. Mix it all up. Heaven! I have fried the egg w butter when I have the calories, but Pam is just as delish. Quinoa accordibg to instructions. So simple, but oh so delicious!!!

Unsweetened Almond Milk is SO great for protein shakes, french toast, and so much more. It has the creaminess of milk without all the calories. Hardly has any protein BUT I find that I get more bang for my 'calories' with protein in protein powder vs protein in milk :)

I agree. I just added the C25K this week and it is tough. I'm just wondering if I would get better results if I changed something around and did heavier weights.... Plus...I need to see how long my left knee holds up - acts up when running so perhaps substitute weights for C25K... Analysis paralysis. I'm going to keep…

I have it. I'm on week 2 of the Lift and Shape Solution. There's a lot of variety and I find it to be a good workout. There are some exercise I definitely can't do. Bum Bum makes me drip with sweat, I can really feel High & Tight working various muscles, just start Sculpt and I'm worn out after, Tummy Tuck is also tough.…
