  • I own and religiously wear the fitbit flex. I would say it's as accurate as possible without wearing the heart rate strap. It pinpoints my exercises (running, lifting, elliptical, jumping around, whatever) and accurately counts the calories burned. I would definitely suggest investing in one!
  • hard boiled egg, way too much coffee, a couple mandarin oranges and now snacking on belvita breakfast biscuits and dark chocolate soy milk!
  • I have IBS and lactose issues as well, I use Isopure Pure Dutch Chocolate protein shake. Lactose free, can be found at GNC so it's easy to come across, tastes amazing, and doesn't mess with my stomach at all!!
  • I have IBS and a lactose intolerance. I had gained about 20 lbs the year i found out i had it, and felt awful. I know this sounds crazy, and I thought it was crazy too but I recently started Zoloft to help my IBS and so far it's been extremely helpful. So far since January I am down 15 lbs. I'm not sure if it's the zoloft,…
  • I like to think I am pretty heatlhy, I work out 3 days a week at least because I am in the military and forced to do so, and most days I eat very well, with the occasional pizza (i'm an addict). I did a whole bottle of OxyElitePro, not so much for the instant weight loss (which you don't get anyways) but it really helped…

  • The Paula Deen (sp?) set from wal-mart (i know it sounds cheap because it's from wal-mart) are great! $99 a set and they have a great look to the outside of them too, like an old fashioned spackle that comes in some pretty cool colors!
  • Did a paper route when I was 12, Worked at a Tim Hortons/ Coldstone creamery from 13-16 joined the military when I was 17 and most of you were just getting your first jobs! Ha, wouldn't have it any other way though!
  • Just returned from a year in South Korea (Kunsan AB) I'm Active Duty Air Force and would LOVE to be stationed in Michigan, that's my home of record but there are no Air Force bases there, just PCS'd to Mountain Home ID. Korea was awful, so I hope you're not going there!!
  • I take OxyElitePro, the reviews are good and bad online about it. From my personal experience they're great, if you're sensitive to caffeine I would not suggest taking them, i'm a caffeine addict and they keep me super awake during work and after so i have energy to go the gym and i cut back on a lot of soda and coffee…
  • I'm in the military and spent a year overseas at a very middle of no where base, i've been back in America for about 3 weeks and have successfully gained at least 8 lbs. At this rate i'll be fat soon, already fatter than i'd like to be. Thank god for me, I have no choice but to stay in shape, hoping this little blunder is…
