Hi, I just had foot and knee surgey. I am a frustrated with not working out as well. But I know the rest now will allow me to come back stronger! Just listen to your body, stretch

Add me!!!!! I actually have found mfp to be as good, if not better than ww! Especially as you get down to the last few pounds! I just had knee surgiry so won't be doing anything extrememly active anytime soon, but that means I have to been more diligent with food! Would love to support you!

I did optimist in high school, but was regulated by a doctor due to my age. I was also required to do it with milk instead of water, again due to my age! It wAs tthe best thing I could have done! When I finished the 3-4 month programwas lost around 50 lbs and ended up weighing 138. I am now 140. Ever sieve that freshman…

Add me too! I am 5'5 142lbs ( was as low as 139 :) ) and looking at letting back into the range of 129-139. I have a medium frame so getting to much thinner wouldn't be maintainable for me! Was 119 for my wedding though :).....

It is so hard! Some weeks are better than others! I feel like I can never get into a grove! But, I agree with what someone else said, if you want it bad enough, you will make it happen. I guess I just haven't wanted it bad enough! :)! I can always get down a certain amount of weight, but can never loose those last 8 to 10…
