Two year slump needs to be over!
Hi all, I’ve been on this board since 2012. And had great success up until 2018. I’ve literally been in a slump for two years (age 43-45). Eating 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Ok, i am always hungry... so recently tried taking a tablespoon of coconut oil in the am. It does fill me up, but makes me nautious. If I put it in coffee, it doesn’t bother me, but does not fill me up as much. Just curious if I’m still getting the full benefit of coconut oil when I put in coffee?
