That's a good idea, I'll do that before I get in the shower that way it has time to "fill me up some" before I go make my lunch. and I would do that, but I notice I get that cramp in your side more often if I eat a good amount of food before working out.

I do it once a week where I just eat what I want. I'll still try and pick healthier options, but I just don't worry about my calories for that day ( I do still log it though ).

Snickers Mini Ice Cream bars are only 90 Calories. And one always gets rid of my chocolate/sweet craving at night.

I only like my green tea cold. I like Chai Tea with some Vanilla Soy or Almond Milk, and a bit of cinnamon. Really good !

For awhile I used to be a Pescatarian, where the only kind of meat I ate was seafood. So if you try that it may help, since seafood is generally good for you.

I just got the HTC Rhyme which is my first smartphone & I'm 18. It sucked when I saw 10 year olds walking around with nicer phones than I had :grumble: But I love it. If you want to do more on your phone than text and call people, I'd recommend it. But if you don't, then a simpler phone is perfect.

Yeah, I've seen Edy's ice cream in the grocery store has Thin Mint and Caramel deLight (Samoas) limited edition ice cream, I haven't yet tried it though.

I can't drink just plain water unless i'm working out as well.
