I'm in the same position now, I've reached a weight I'm happy at but it's scary to up the cals by too much as I'm afraid of un doing my efforts, I've just started to reduce cardio and alternate with less intensive weight training and toning... I just love my cardio and find the "slower" stuff boring!!! So I'm finding it…

I drive the distance in my car, then divide by time it takes me to walk it!!

For the first couple of weeks of MFP all I did was walk and I lost the first stone!! My walking is really fast.. I push myself to wak as fast as I possibly can (my nickname is speedy at work!!) I walk at 5mph.. I do 2 lunchbreaks for 15-20 mins each straight after eating. Yes... I am starting to sweat but for only 15 mins…

Oh.... Just to note... I've been doing 60-80 mins of cardio 5 days a week and using handweights and using a step so perhaps. Can change some of this time to more strength

my loss is def affecting my shape, "back" is ok!! Wanna fit into clothes well... That for me is filling them!!! Hubby would not be impressed if I lost the shape he fell in love with!!

Thanks for the reply!! That's kinda my dilemma, my boobs in particular have got smaller and I have a little excess on my belly... That's where I hold weight so no point in losing my chest in persuit of a flat belly... I just need to keep toning there... I know I can't spot reduce fat. Just not sure if I should move cals…

Hard boiled eggs (maybe just one yolk) and if you have time a few mushrooms & tomato lightly fried in 1 cal spray is lovely!! Or an omlette could be done the night before, and reheated at work?

I wasnt stretching properly or warming up.. I kept with the programme at an easier rate and it did get better.. although 2 days on im due a rest day now!!! Hope your legs are better!!

Weekends are the hardest.. I'm presuming for everyone!! I find I just keep mooching in the cupboards looking for more!!! The only thing I do is to only have healthy food in the house.. so if I am picking I can only eat "good" stuff.., I also have rest days during the week and exercise at weekends so I have an extra…

Thanks for the advice!!! So my biggest question is will I continue or rest? I'm already warming then up and stretching today, I got advice to do the downward dog yoga mice which seems to be stretching it nicely too but I will definitly follow the other stetches you have advised... I'm not one to give up easily!!!
