Thanks for the advice!! I'm warming and stretching now so maybe will switch to another workout. Might try something thats not as much on my toes!!! Looks like skipping is out for a couple of days too!!

It isn't sharp pain at all, it's like a dull ache although quite painful ( although I have a high pain threshold!!! ) it is stiff on both legs. Thanks for the replies!! I asked for lactose intolerant advice and ended up with chicken balti whick looked a little oily but Ihad loads of cals left as I did extra exercise, i just had a third of a small container of rice!! Not as low cal as I planned but I enjoyedit and was under my allowance so all good!!!

I eat 2 hours before bed every night as my last meal. I eat 5 times a day. I have still lost!! As long as overall calorie intake is under I think it's ok. it's a long time fasting if you don't eat a long time before bed until you get up in the morning and eat. If j did that k would wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

Try to vary your exercise so your body isn't getting used to it. Use different exercises and switch them around. Also make sure you have altered your calorie etc goals based on your new weight , not your starting weight. I put on my favourite song, put the leads on my 2 dogs and take my frusration out on the road power walking!!! My face is always first to lose... And the first place to gain.., when I've seen a couple of double chins in the past I knew it was time to get healthier again!! I also put kn weightin my belly so I usually lose it first there too, boobs too unfortunately :-(
