It took me allllll day to finally do this workout (started at about 8:30pm) but now, finished and showered and high on endorphins ^_^ off for a walk with the boyfriend (who hilariously did this workout with me today:D) and the mutt to pick up some pizza. perhaps this is counter-productive... but.. deliciously so. <3

don't stress, weight is irrelevant, really! better to count on your measurements! scales really aren't a good way to tell how much you've changed, as your weight is constantly fluctuating. that being, said, I weigh myself every morning.. total scale junkie :)

Hi, are you taking measurements? With the 30 day shred some people don't loss a lot of weight but lose a lot of inches - which is great, because you are building muscle which in turn, burns more calories than fat. I think 1200-1500 is a perfectly reasonable amount to eat, really. Just make sure what you're eating is good…

My thanks for all your kind words and sound advice. Heavy lifting is def the way to go, have to agree with you there. Its been just over a year, but I started strength training and eating clean in january. So about 7 months between those photos:)
