Hi!!! You sound just like me! I'm 5'6. My starting weight was 201 (prob even a little higher) i started July 1 2010. My current weight is 129, and would like a little more toning. I usually eat around 1500 calories and am training for a half marathon. Once that's done I want to get back to weights. Anyway....what worked…
