Wow thats an inspiring story. Im glad you found out what works for you!! Everyone seems to think that starving is the only way to lose weight. Why bother losing weight that way if you're just doing more harm than good? Good for you!!

:laugh: so true! weight training is great and yields awesome results but its okay do to cardio too as long as you eat in accordance with your exercise routine!

I do a cheat day every 2 weeks or so. girls get cravings for certain hormonal reasons.. i gotta satisfy them or people are gona see a grumpy meee :laugh: I work it off at the gym though!

i love oatmeal! i add a packet of splenda, a tsp of cinnamon, and either blueberries or raspberries! so yummy

how much sugar should we be aiming for? 35g? thats what MFP set up for me but I feel like its too low..
