Excellent milestone - congrats! The guys on Fat 2 Fit Radio get you to think of 5 lbs as a loaf of bread. Imagine that spread out all over your body. You've lost 8 loaves of bread from off your frame. It shows!! So proud of you - keep going!

First you take fries. Not frozen. The good, hand cut, fresh, made in a chip truck fries. Next, you add cheese curds. Not just any cheese curds. The delicious, fresh, gooey white cheese curds made in Quebec. Then add gravy. Proper homemade gravy. Season as you see fit - yummers! We've also got something up here in…

Thanks so much for posting the comments about 'not feeling as motivated' exercise-wise. I feel like I've hit that wall this week. Hearing the advice to 'just push through it' will get me off the couch tomorrow night. Congrats on losing a toddler!

Happy 1 year anniversary! And thanks as well for posting how you got there. I love that you started out at 1200/day, and then increased your food once you got into the swing of things. Congrats on your new lifestyle!

If you're getting Zumba for the Wii, be sure its the Zumba 2 game you get - its the newest, and has real looking instructors (not shadow images). Zumba 2, if you enjoy dance-type activities. I found that you don't even need the 'learn the steps' piece - you can pick up the steps just by doing a workout.

I've been doing Zumba 2 for Wii steadily for about 3 weeks now, and loving it. True story: When I was first getting the feel of it, I couldn't figure out why none of my moves were picking up. Turns out I had the controller in the belt upside down. DOH! I don't know if Zumba 2 is more sensitive, but it seems to pick up…

Thank you so much for sharing not just your amazing pics, but also your very down to earth, do-able 'method'. It is so hard to break away from the 'starve and boot camp' mind set. It is wonderful and inspiring to see the results! Big hugs!!
