Mmmm all sounds DELISH ! Especially the thinly sliced Filet on the salad , also the hummus on the english muffin ...... I had chicken on the grill , homemade cole slaw (healthy version) , and baked beans :)

A friend of mine is on it , and she got me a weeks worth to try ..... I have NEVER spit out anything , they were so disgusting and had absolutly NO flavor ! I don't know how anyone can last on this , besides she keeping gaining everytime she eat real food !!!

Bundle the baby up and go for a walk . Be easy on yourself , just having the baby is workout enough , set small goals , You'll do it soon enough . Dance , walk , sing , run the vaccum , all burns calories girly :) Good Luck we are all hear for ya :)

1 whole wheat pita 150 calories 2oz of Boars Head turkey breast 60 calories 1oz of goat cheese 80 calories Fresh baby spinach Stuff it all in the Pita and stick in microwave for 25 - 30 seconds ! Sooo GOOD :)

I also go over my protein almost everyday , I was actually wondering about that .... I can't imagine being under ...... hmmm . Give us a sample of what you eat for the day maybe we can figure why some are over and some are under .

How funny I just bought it the other day too , I mixed it with a little bit of low fat sour cream and added some seasonings to it and dipped veggies and wheat crackers ! Sooo yummy it reminded me of spinach dip (which I love) but it wayyyy to fattening ! Keep the ideas coming .....
