I am experiencing the same thing, and it continues even though I have upped my calories to maintenance. I have read that it is normal after weight loss. My worry is that this has been going on for 4 months for me and is not letting up. I plan to get my thyroid checked soon.

You look amazing! Great job!

Any kind of home made baked good! Especially cookies! Yum!

While I agree with you that in a perfect world we should limit our sweets, it is unrealistic. I have lost weight eating sweets daily. I try not to go overboard, but I think fitting them into my diet has allowed me to view this as doable. Otherwise I would more than likely have quit months ago.

I am 5 ft 4 inches, weigh 118, and I eat 1600 calories daily, plus eat back my exercise calories. I lose about a pound a week. You definitely should be eating more.
-
I lose eating 1600 per day. I also eat back my exercise calories. I am nursing a toddler. :)

I can only tell you my experience......when I started off I was also doing 1200 per day, but I was also eating back my exercise calories . I lost quite a few pounds initially, but then I plateaued. It drove me nuts. I upped my exercise, tried to eat better, tried to est less...but it wasn't working. I then increased my…

I do three things to avoid this.....first and foremost, keep that stuff out if the house! Second, for those situations where the food is there beyond your control, I mentally picture how I will feel mentally and physically if I give in. Usually, that is enough to avoid it. Third, there are some foods that I just cannot…

I was a flavored creamer addict, and I kicked the habit! I now use organic half and half. I can only drink it iced though, otherwise its too strong and I need more cream. I use 1 tbsp per cup, which is 20 cals. I love it.

I don't have anything to add other than I know it is frustrating, but keep on doing what you are doing. Maybe play around with calories and macros a bit. And, I also want to apologize for all the people who get off on being mean. I will just never understand that.

I don't find breastfeeding a 3 year old disgusting.....but you could tell the photographer wad trying to make it appear abnormal. I am sure that is not the way most nursing 3 year olds appear. Standing on a chair? Please.

It really depends on how you carry your weight. I am 5ft 4in and I have hit my goal weight of 125, but I am still carrying a lot of weight around my middle. In fact, my waist measurement just recently dropped below the "danger zone " . I thought I would be happy at this weight, but I plan to continue on until the spare…

Take ibuprofen and work through the soreness. It eventually goes away.

I am a 35 year old SAHM. I will be your friend!

You can buy hand weights for cheap at Target and Walmart. I just bought some at Five Below, for $5 each. That was the cheapest I have seen them.
-
The only equipment you will need for the 30 DS is hand weights. Maybe a mat, too, if you are doing it on a hard surface.

If you go to the food diary, you can do a search for breastfeeding and different options will come up. Choose the one that describes your situation and it will add calories to your daily amount. I am also nursing, and I haven't had any issues with my supply using this option.

This happened to me when I got new shoes, too. AfterI broke them in it went away. It probably took a week. I also loosened the laces.

Stay off the beach.

Is it possible you are pregnant? Just a thought that came to mind.

It really depends on a number of factors, age, number of kids, etc....but, mostly it is just genetics. Some people can have a ton of babies and you can hardly tell, others (like me) wont be so lucky. My stomach is covered in stretch marks and saggy skin.

Never lie....what is the point?

My absolute favorite is an apple cut in half, with 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter spread on each half (1tbsp total), then sprinkle with raisins. Really satisfies my sweet tooth!

Its all about replacing higher calories foods with lower calories, yet just as filling foods. For example, instead of wasting hundreds of calories on bread, make a lettuce wrap instead. Or, I really like those sandwich thins, which tend to be less than 100 caps. Salads can be really filling, too. Try not to eat too many…

I am nursing my 16 month old. He nurses about 3 times during the day, then a few more during the night. I chose the breastfeedi.g older baby optionthat gives me an additional 300 calories. I walk and do the 30 DS for my exercise. I make sure to eat mostof my calories back. I have been at it for a month, lost 7 pounds, and…

www.skinnytaste.com posted a really yummy looking soup. It is on their home page. I am thinking of making it.

You can add me! We seem to have a bit in common. I need active friends who wont quit. More than half of my current friends haven't been on in over a week!

Amazing!!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!!

It looks like you are way under eating to me.
