I like having boiled potatoes. I don't have butter on them though. :) I like having salad, peas, green beans, sweet potato, and other vegetables with mine. :)

I wish I'd started lifting from the very beginning. The scale didn't really move as much, but I like what I saw in the mirror a lot more than any number on the scale. :)

I've recently got a bread maker, it came with a recipe booklet, lots of different settings and the one I have you can even make pizza dough, jam and compote! It tastes a lot better than store bought, and it seems to last a lot longer too! :)

Malteasers Hot Chocolate works for me. :) If I'm craving chocolate, I have some 80% dark chocolate, it's really rich so I can't eat more than a few squares. Popcorn is also good to have around too! :)

Yes! I usually swap out roast potatoes for New potatoes and fill my plate with mostly veggies. :)

I drink it because it tastes good. I really doubt about all of the medical benefits it has as well.

You can buy all kinds of mince. I buy extra lean mince from my Butcher which has less than 5% fat. You should be able to find mince that has less than 20% fat in most supermarkets though. :)

Having coffee doesn't really help or hinder me. :)

I wear a regular bra then on top of that a Shock Absorber sports bra, and a supportive tank top on top of that. Enell sports bras are really great too!
