Have a big glass of water, and when you finish it, have another.. then when you think that you have had enough...... have some more water... the more you drink the more you get rid of.. and watch your sodium levels in your diet as that will encourage retention...

Dont look at it as a diet, that denotes deprivation, and something that is temporary until you get to your goal. Look at it as a change in lifestyle.
