I don't think there is a problem with eating 1200cl a day. If you are exercising then you have the freedom to eat a few more calories if you want. You may want to get on the rebootwithjoe website. It will have a lot of recipes and a community board that is juice fasting. I'm almost done with a 30 day juice fast. Been absolutely wonderful! This is not really the place to talk about it. I'm not sure why this board differs from other but people seem to be in attack mode…

i've been looking into this myself lately. i lose weight slowing, even with exercising 5 day a week. my weight lost also stalls often. i was thinking of zig-zaggin' my calories (calorie cycling) but I did not know it would work to go so low? do you exercise?

so for those who are NOT losing weight running or are having trouble how many miles do you run a week? seems to me those who are losing are also running lots of miles.

Wow, so many post, so much great information!!!! I feel success runnin' through me! This is what I think I will try. On days I don't exercise I will eat 1200 and on days I do I will eat 1500 to 1600. What thoughts would you guys have on that?

I exercise 5-6 days a week. I'm a runner and am taking several classes for cross training. what you are saying rings true for me. I have stalled several time for weeks on end. Maybe I'm under eating?

I just checked several site and each gave me between 600-800. It can't be that off?

I took an hour long step class on a 8in bench. It told me that was 685 calories burned.
