  • Wow - thanks for that - exactly what I needed! I am a balanced oxidiser (according to Jillian Michaels) and don't experience any of the negative effects of coffee so far in life (I mean I can drink it before bedtime without much problem). Thanks so much for this!
  • Thanks, thats interesting... my sister gave me a great recipe which includes flaxseed, I just can't find it very easily (im in the UK)... a great breakfast: greek yoghurt, sliced banana, cashew nuts, flaxseed and honey drizzled over the top for sweetening... Definately going to try that now!

I know totally how you feel, but unfortunately my excuse is not from illness or medication, just having a baby and then piling on the pounds from lack of time, motivation, energy.
