was just talking to someone about this last night, so glad i caught this post on the forums today :) bump!

unsweetened apple sauce is amazing in oatmeal, especially with a sprinkle of cinnamon. i also like walnuts, almonds, pecans, dried cranberries, dried tart red cherries, raisins, and golden raisins.

Down 1.1lbs this morning :)

celery, green peppers, cilantro, sauerkraut, white chocolate, cauliflower, arugula, &carrots!

if you want to successfully do a low carb diet and are a self proclaimed carbaholic, maybe try slowly eating less and less carbs than your used to vs. cutting them out all together! I love carbs and could never give them up, but good for you and good luck!

ahh this freaks me out! my mom is on blood thinners due to heart disease and I'm on the ring and thinking of switching to the pill just because I don't want to worry about the "what if".

as soon as I'm under 200lbs I'm switching to the patch!!

I'm 22 and just got out of a 4 year relationship. I have some college under my belt but I definitely am not up to the same level as most of my friends (graduates/graduating soon).
