Bread, pasta & rice?

So as usual there's a ton of conflicting information on the internet. I never know what to fully believe and have pretty much decided if it works for me, then I'll do that. But, I have been hearing a lot of people saying they don't eat bread pasta or rice. Is it a bad thing to have these in your diet every day? I generally have a piece or two of eziekel toast with PB in the mornings, left overs for lunch and my dinners normally consist of lots of veggies 4oz of lean protien and a carb like a serving of rice or a serving of pasta (always whole grain). I never eat more than a serving. I guess I'm just not sure if I lessen the amount of carbs I eat. I never go over on my tracker. Input?

    Sounds like a plan. Hit your calories and macros and you'll be fine. If you have to change something you can do that too.

    Personally I cut out most bread, pasta and rice but don't really have an issue with them occasionally.
