Way to go!

I love this idea! I would like to take the next 30 days and not be a procrastinator! I have a list of things I need to finish; paint my bathroom (80% done), crochet a hat for my brother (I'm 90% finished), finish and send a CHRISTMAS gift to my cousins in Colorado, I have a huge pile of stuff I've been meaning to take to…

i just got the zip, I really like it. I bought mine used for $20 so it didn't feel like an "investment". i plan on buying the latest and greatest one after I use this for several months, I bought this as kind of a test to see if I would actually use it before I spent the big bucks. Yesterday was my first full day with it…

I am in the exact same boat, 15 days, two lbs lost, two lbs gained, this morning I was down 1lb so I guess it's a net loss of 1lb. Don't give up! Give it a month and if you still haven't lost anything then maybe change things up a bit. Do you weigh yourself at the same time every day? When I weigh myself in the evening I'm…

have you looked at their site yet? That should have everything you need to know.

I like to knit and crochet, I can't eat when my hands are full of yarn, lol. I love making scarves and cute little baby hats. I recently made a Hello Kitty hat for my daughter. I learned how to knit and crochet by watching youtube videos. I also like making hairbows and little clips. I still find myself wanting to snack…

I usually do this too, easy to log, eaasy to make.

I always weigh myself in the morning, I'm usually 2lbs heavier at night.

Google TDEE calculator (IIFYM is the site I use), enter your daily activity level and that will tell you exactly how many calories you should be eating to maintain the weight you are at today. To lose weight simple subtract 15-20% from that nnumber and eat that. Calculate your BMR and never eat below that. Good luck!

great idea, thanks!

Do you have a big crock pot? you can cook just about anything in a crock pot. healthy soups, chili, a whole chicken (toss in veggies and diced potatoes and you have a whole meal) lasagna. The lists are endless. Are you on Pinterest? You can search healthy crockpot recipies and that can take you to blogs where they even…

I have lost and found this weight too many times. I am looking to make slow, gradual changes to my lifestyle so that I can keep it off for good! I will be happy if I consistently lose 1-2 pounds a week. I know it will take a while, but I want to do it right! [/quote] Same here! I've finally accepted the fact that this will…

Genius!

I usually spend an hour or so on Sunday making breakfast sandwiches with ham, bacon or sausage and freeze them. I've heard breakfast fajitas freeze well but i don't like eggs so I've never tried it : )

Crock pot meals are great. I also like to make double portions and freeze them, so often I'll make 2 lasagnas or two big pots of soup. If you are already doing all the prep making two isn't that much extra effort. If you are worried that the things you usually make aren't all that healthy try just eating smaller portions…

I'm the same way! This last week I have only allowed myself to eat at 6 am then every 3 hours after that and I end at 6pm. It has worked really well for me so far! The first few days I felt really hungry between meals but it's getting easier. Good luck!

All great ideas! No stairs here, but I can certainly try all of the other things you all have listed. I love the idea to bring weights, and I didn't even think of doing push ups at my desk! I wouldn't touch the floors here either, I'm at a construction company and the guys here are filthy ; ) Thanks everyone!

I have a 28 oz water bottle. I like Camelbak because I love the straw and it's spill proof. I fill it up in the morning and keep it by my side all day. I find myself drinking 3-4 bottles a day. It wasn't easy to remember to drink it in the begining but now I feel lost without it!
