If you go further back in my diary I stayed below 20 carbs but this past weekend I gave into temptation, sick and tired of avoiding carbs and not getting anywhere.

I'm down 2 inches on my waist so inch-wise I've lost. I have to say that I avoided exercise since induction, just walking on occasion. I will have to up my walks and workouts. I just find it amazing that I've drestically changed my eating habits and am not drastically losing weight! It's frustrating. :explode:

You're supposed to stay under 20 net carbs, of the 20 anywhere from 12-15 should be vegetables.

Thanks for the tips. I have about 20 - 30 more pounds to lose before I would consider myself "thin" I see thinner legs and arms but I can't stand to see chub and the loose skin. I want to tone before I wear more revealing clothes.

I started induction one week ago. I have not gone past 25 g carbs per day, my SW was 175, I'm currently at 171. That's 4 pounds in 1 week! I'm very satisfied with the results. I've limited my exercise last week and this week will start my 30-40 minute, 4 days this week excercise routine.

I completely agree, fresh is best. But unfortunately working full time with two small kids at home I don't always have the time. I just thought the shakes would be a good alternative.

Great question and helpful feedback. I just started Atkins on Monday 6/25 and I felt a little lightheaded but I felt full the entire day. My biggest challenge is filling in veggies for almost every meal. I am eating a lot of protein but minimal veggies. Good luck if you choose this option!

I've lost 1 lb per week even though I was originally set to lose 2 lbs per week, it didn't happen. I feel like I'm behind. :indifferent:

I'm glad you posted this, I feel the same way - working out 4-5 times a day and taking in 1200-1300 calories a day and i've only lost 7 pounds in 2 months, which is less then what MFP projected. I started taking Safslim to up my results.

I am the same, I lost 7 pounds in the first month and haven't lost anything else since. I'm also on 1200 calories a day, it's quite frustrating!
