What I do to satisfy my sweet tooth without screwing up is eat sweet grapes or raisins work too.. or try having cereal dry as a sweet snack!! Lucky charms dry in a baggie are yum without all the excessive calories candy could give you

I want to lose weight so I can pave a healthy way into adult life.. I'm going to college and I don't want to gain the weight every student does when they get in.. I want to wear a bikini and not feel like jiggling while I run or play in the water.. I want to feel sexy and good about myself :)

Hey! I'm an athlete too..played softball for 12 years and about to try out for my college team.. just want you to know it isn't the extra exercise that's gonna help you lose the weight you want...for us athletes its the diet.. try switching your diet to a lot of protein and minimal carbs( as in breads, tortillas etc.)…

definitely do lots of cardio..maybe a walk after work or school.. try and get pure cardio in right when you wake up so that you have zero glucose in your blood and you can burn pure fat in the mornings..try a work out video or a run in the morning before breakfast.. the weight should melt off and switch your diet to lots…
