the weekend is over! And it was a success! today i just continued with no carbs for dinner. i had no ice-cream while my boys went to grab one. no eating in between meals. l need to drink more water. i hope, you are all doing fine and enjoying your small improvements and progress. love, o.

I am following instrution of my personal trainer. Today it was Day 3 No carbs for dinner. We Played poker tonight and i didn't snack around. I drunk only black coffee I am quitting alcohol as of tomorrow. It's such a waste of calories.
