I will try almost any veggie I see in the store that looks good. Now that the weather is starting to warm up (sort of), the green markets will be out and about with all sorts of fresh veggies. I love grilling my veggies with just a light spray of olive oil. I love to grill: mushrooms asparagus squash Brussel Sprouts…

WOW!!! Congratulations! You are truly inspiring!

The double chocolate chunk is my least favorite I love the cookies and cream and the chocolate chip cookie dough.

My husband has sleep apnea and uses a cpap. Every time he loses weight, the cpap goes away. When the weight goes back on, so does the cpap.

I will eat fish prepared almost any way. I love sushi, but I don't prepare it at home. If I am making fish at home, I usually toss it on the grill after marinating it in almost anything (pesto, teriayki, bbq, etc)

I'm an all day nibbler. I don't usually go more than 3 hours without eating something. But, I don't really think it matters whether you eat every few hours or just a few larger meals. If you are looking to lose, you need to maintain a deficit.

I love my Fitbit Flex! I like knowing how many calories I am burning without having to log individual exercises. Also, I am on my feet a lot during the day and I never knew how many calories I was burning. I don't use it as an excuse to eat more (if I'm hungry, I eat regardless of what the Fitbit says), but I like knowing…

You look great! And, if you feel good, then just ignore them. I get those comments too. I just remind people that I have more energy now than I ever did and most importantly....I FEEL GREAT!!

Just do it!!! I was also struggling to get up to work out. BUT, I forced myself to do it 3 times a week (think alarm clock across the room so you HAVE to get out of bed). Before I knew it, I was actually looking forward to getting up to work out. Then, I started noticing that I was looking better and that in itself was a…

Love them! I toss them on the grill for a few minutes and they are awesome!

^^^ This!! Jenn gives great advice. Yes, life can suck, but you have come so far. Don't let all the crap get in the way. Focus on the positive. You got this!

I'm 5'7" and started at 178. My initial target was 130, but I wasn't happy. Now, at 121, I look and feel good.

I eat the same breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday. My snacks don't vary much either. I like not having to think about what I'm eating and how to work the macros into my day. I really don't get bored with it.

Ditto everyone else - Zero, zippo, zilch.

I personally don't care for red meat, but anything in moderation is fine. If you like it, you can work it into your macros.

That IS a big goal!! Congratulations!!!

Me!! If I know I'm going to have some time to veg in front of the TV, I leave myself some calories to do so. I enjoy munching while I watch TV, so I make sure I work it into the day. The only show I don't eat while watching is The Biggest Loser.

Thanks for sharing. Friend request sent

I LOVE spaghetti squash!!! But, it is NOT a substitute for spaghetti. You will be disappointed if you try it thinking it is a pasta alternative. I make Jackson's Spaghetti Squash (from the Biggest Loser). It's a great recipe and easy to make! Can't give you the link from work (it's blocked), but you can just Google it.

I'm 5'7" and CW is 122. I net about 1200 cal/day.

Jut the opposite here - I'm scale obsessed. I think either extreme is not healthy.

OMG, you look FABULOUS!!!! Congratulations!

I pre-plan all my food and log before I eat. I'm pretty consistent during the week, so it's easy. I like not having to think too much about food.
