Charge Issue
I've had my charge synced with MFP for about 8 months without any issues. All of a sudden, it's subtracting my exercise calories from my total rather than adding them in. Free Weights or Machines?
I've been doing a lot of cardio and decided to incorporate weight training to tone things up a bit. I've been using the machines at the gym, but watching others do all sorts of routines with free weights. Is there a difference between the machines and free weights? Will one give me a better work out than the other? Thanks.

Difference in Calories Burned?
I just did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. The treadmill says that I burned 210 calories and mfp says I burned 129. Why is there such a difference? And which one is more accurate?
