Don't try and tackle everything all at once. Portions, veggies, exercise, etc.....it's too much all at once, expecially with 2 jobs and grad school. I will exercise, but not my usualy routine. I will be away for 2 weeks, so no gym. But, I plan on being really active with the kids - hiking, walking, etc.

I've never had a problem with PF. I find the trainers very helpful and the machines well maintained and clean. I go there, do my workout and I'm done. Never an issue.

I love the PF near me. It has a ton of free weights and cardio equipment (treadmills, arc trainers, elipticals). Trainers are friendly and helpful. No issues at all! I'm not into heavy lifting, so I don't know the max amount of free weights that they have, but it totally works for me.
