24 oz of water and a handful of almonds is what I usually do.

1800 if I don't exercise. I add back in exercise calories and use most of them. And really up my water. Usually 10-11 cups a day.

Hi! I am Jenn (lifeisgood on cm, but rarely on anymore). Great to have support! I am still getting use to mfp, been good about logging my diary, keep forgetting there are groups, statuses, etc!
