Know it sounds backwards, but a lot of people with this dilemma up their calorie intake 200-300 a day and that seems to get things going. Your metabolism is like a fire, and it needs fuel to burn!

I think as long as your tracking you're taking a step in the right direction. If you want it, eat it, and log it. That way you can keep yourself honest and still be a little naughty! ;)

Ditto...and I freakin love sun chips....sad day. I think they made a joke about that in a family guy episode... The thing that turned out to be healthier than I thought would be was guacamole...IF you make it yourself and limit the salt.
