That's fantastic. I'm 25 days in and 11lbs lighter :-) loving it. Also doing the couch to 5k and 30 day squat challenge. My advice would be to continue to log everything. But plan your day of food in the morning. That way you know how many calories you have left for any treats you would like whilst your away. I'm moving…

I started on 29th July as a size 24 my biggest. And to be honest I was wearing maternity 24 so probably needed a 26. I've lost 11lbs and feeling loads better as I've started c25k challenge x

Wow! That is amazing. Thank you all for your advice. I think I will definitely start this and also check out a 5k that is going on once I have completed the program. I'm really looking forward to it. As a treat I have the 138 calorie snack it is neopolitan wafer ice cream from Aldi. Very yummy and not too naughty

Hi all, Well done on starting the shred. I got to day 6 two weeks ago and then got food poisoning at a bbq. Back on it now that I've recovered. Did Day 1 Level 1 today and it was tough. Definately keeping it up. How many days on and off is everyone having? I was thinking of 6 on and 1 off?

That is amazing. Such an inspirational success story. I am 286 lbs so have a lot to lose. If I could lose 50lbs I would be so happy. Have you got any tips for me as I'm just starting out now. Xx
