CW: (Current weight)
GW: (Goal weight for the month)
GWFD: (Goal weight for December)
Weighing: (Every first day of the month)

I'll start first

SW : 140lbs
CW : 139lbs
GW : 135 or 130lbs
GWFD: 110 or 100lbs
Weighing: August 1,2013 = 139lbs

    yes,, by december ,, and my goal weight in december is 100 or 110lbs

    and my height is only 5'4 or 5'3 and i want to become skinny ripped hehe
