I had chronic constipation until I went dairy free. Now, I poop everyday:) good luck. PS I also make sure I eat at least 20 grams of fiber most days.

It feels like an addiction to me. Sometimes I just feel like I NEED my fix! I become irritable and I get a headache when I deprive myself from sugar too long.
