I'd love to be in! I first thought it was 10 pounds in a months and wondered how you were going to do hat, 6 weeks is better! Any tips? I've lost 7 pounds in a month....but need some tips! Started at 184...goal weight is 155. I'll be happy at 160. BUT I know the weight may be higher with working out and lifting weights so I'm going to go with more on how I look, feel, and how my clothes fit more than the number!

They are hard for me too. I am putting my legs up on an exercise ball, then doing them. Much easier. Went from only 25 to 50 in one day. Planks and squats (with same ball between me and the wall on my back) are the other things I do. Planks are HARD for me. I can hold it for about 10 sec and did 2 or 3 this morning....

I am burning 300 calories a day exercising, five days a week. Were did you get 1800 for my BMR? I get 1500. What do mean by net 1300 calories? If I do no exercise I should eat 1300 a day to lose a pound a week.... (assuming the 1800...but I get 1500 so that number would be 1000 calories per day?)

I am doing squats, sit ups, reverse crunches and some weight lifting - does that not show on diary? It's not counted as cardio...strength training - so It doesn't count towards my work outs?
