I think Mehdi says somewhere in the stronglifts documentation that this program is for building strenght. Therefore he claims that you should eat at a surplus to recover because the program is so intensive and your muscles need the food to recover. Going into a 'better' (not sure what you mean by this, I'm assuming bigger)…

If thats your weak spot you should allow yourself to have some occasionally. Like once every 2 weeks or something. Work the donut in your macros and eat that bad boy! yummm donuts :D

I think that bulking is for people with a low fat %. So if you're not around 8-10% bf yourself I think you'll reach your goal. You will still build muscle but I think it's slower in a deficit I'm not quite sure though. Wait for someone else to say if this is true or false. ;)

lol the kid is 7. Now he can learn to balance gaming with normal life so he doesn't get sucked into it. Parents have a big role in this. Nintendo has to most kid friendly games I think. Though I would personally go with a PS4. Just keep him of the online interactions as this can be quite graphic...

seems like there is a double difference now: 1. used to log 60 mins as 45 mins. 2. more accurate calorie tracking. anyway, use this the way you feel fit. Were you losing weight before or not? Were you hungry all the time? Eating more would mean results are slower.

I use the android app called "Liftbig". You just click next session and it tells you what exercises to do and with what weights, tracks stalls and auto deloads if needed. Also weight progression over time in a graph if youre into that stuff :) Increments and deloads all custimizable. Best app I found so far.

Can't see your diary so not sure what's causing this. I'd say that you can plan ahead for your weekend plans. If you know you're going out at night eat a little less during the day or workout some more.

I'm at 30kg (65lbs?) and feel that I'm about to fail on the OHP. My right arm seems to manage but my left is starting to fall behind. All the other stuff is still pretty easy.

I workout in the morning and am smelly before I even get to the gym. I don't see the use in taking a shower before going there. It just seems useless because I'll be sweating in a few minutes anyway. Just keep doing what you're doing :)
