wow.

on facebook, i would never post a shirtless pic, on here, it's almost requisite and, no, i am not delusional and think I have a six pack
-
it was only a matter of time that sex made it into the thread
-
oh, i was definitely picturing pushing around boulders heh
-
unless it's the obvious, what is that?
-
awesome. i used the handheld thing at my gym, compared to the fat2fit, and it was a 9 percent difference 0_o
-
what differences, if any, do you see in the results from the bod pod vs. fat2fit?
-
-
I haven't ever had that problem from working out specifically
-
i don't know, does it?
-
do you like the results of what your current habits get you? if not, change them if so, don't reality is, nothing good comes easy, and that which comes easy usually isn't worth much, if anything at all
-
i am terrible at skating, but it seems fun
-
man, I feel like I'm the only one that goes through that. at my gym, no one else comes close to sweating as much as I do
-
I don't think I've had a workout that doesn't produce that much sweat it's kind of obnoxious

I'm not sure, I wonder myself if I'm pushing myself hard enough. My thoughts are, work up to it. if you're sedentary, and just working out for the first time, go easier and just get used to working out and into the habit of it. as you progress, pushing yourself is the natural next step. personally, I like the feeling of…

if the body is the one paying the way, and they're a minor, you sure as hell can

you people are too sensitive

note: I'm not defending his lying about his habit/addiction/whatever however, he would lie about it if he knew that you were so adamantly opposed to it.
-
this is not a break-upable offense, to me. it's a point of contention that, I believe, you two can work out. if your problem is feeling betrayed and lied to, that's the issue here, not that he likes porn and isn't being intimate. and, put into perspective that he isn't cheating on you, or something equally bad. porn…

possibly setting a standard, and I'm guessing it's not the first time this has been brought to her attention
-
yep, happened to me i lifted more than I knew I should felt kinda dumb, for sure
-
as the other articles on that site indicate, it's nothing but a sensationalist tabloid.
-
well, you don't HAVE to but, if you want the results you aren't getting, then you do unless you can afford an at-home gym with all that equipment
-
depends on your cooking method, but I add it in after the hot water settles, and then just mix it in the cooked oatmeal

that's awesome! and, not to mention, it's practical for any success in any part of life (ie: set goals, be specific, don't make excuses) and this part 4) Change workout plans as often as possible. Don’t stick with a good plan for 6-12 weeks (or even longer if it’s working). Be sure to freak out after two weeks when you…

i'm theorizing, but some women seem to have big breasts inherently, some have big boobs BECAUSE they're overweight. in that second case, I don't understand being upset that they get smaller when you lose weight, given that's a main factor in their being large in the first place /guy's opinion

love handles/belly

I think that is his point: your mental approach. it's ok that you're going up .8, it's normal. the body can fluctuate up to 5 lbs DAILY. you answered your own question, I think, in saying it's hard mentally. that's where you need to change, not in your plan just yet.

don't bite on the 'rub it in his face' gimmick, you're better than that. it sucks, but it's life. gotta work on what you want for your sake, not other peoples'
