I like my eggs over easy, really runny yolk, but i don't like when the egg whites are undercooked. a nice rare steak is delicious, never had tartare before though. not really sure what that is, in fact.

i'm 6 4, i was down to 232 and about 14 percent BF% (pictured in my profile at the top), but i was down from about 375, so I carried a bit of loose skin. I'm thinking another 15-20 pounds less would be do able/look decent

if you are near a walmart, they have a very affordable protein shake that is pretty decent...it's only 15 bucks,and it lasts the better part of a month, if not longer. as for tuna, chunk light store-brand tuna is anywhere from 60-80 cents a can, so it's about as affordable a food you can find. consider getting more of that…

I suppose I was falling into the myth. I hadn't heard otherwise, truth be told. from further reading, I do see that it is speculated to be based on body composition. in other words, I'm wrong, but no one seems to know what is right

well, I've heard it said on here a dozen or more times, when stuck at a plateau, try eating more. give yourself another 100-200 calories a day, see how that feels after a week and you seem to be doing a really great job of staying close to your macros, but i see a few days where you are 200-300 or so cals under your goal.…

problem there is the body can't digest more than 25-30 g of protein at a time, so the rest would go to waste

do you drink protein shakes at all? they can really up the lean muscle growth for you when added to your diet and workout correctly. truth be told, it's probably just simply a matter of being patient. these things do not happen quickly, and it sounds like you're on the right path for sure
