Thanks for your post. This has happened to me, too. What I have read from these answers is: I have worked hard and deserve this. Losing the weight slowly helps the mind to adjust to the thinner you. Keep your goal in mind. My parents were no help for my self esteem, they're not going to hurt me twice. Good luck.

5 months the scale bounced around 3#, but I was losing inches!

I am at a stand still as far as weight loss. Frustrating,but I have lost inches,keep on going,hon. This is the right place to be. Just do it the healthy way,you won't be sorry.

Yes to what all are saying.I have been doing JM for several months. No weight loss,dropped 3 pant sizes. I now show off my arms at 60 and have what some people are calling a thigh gap,who knew! I am throwing that scale away.
