  • I look at the ingredients, and since most contain things that are heavily processed I won't eat them. Also if I make goodies I make them at night when my motivation to eat is low. Take a small serving and then hide in microwave and let my husband need eat it or offer to who ever visits. I usually lose interest in junk food…

  • Dairy is a protein as are almonds and soy (not sure what type of milk you use) so I wouldn't worry
  • ranch dressing powder is a great thing. I use it to flavor a lot of food (mmm...buffalo ranch chicken bits) anyways for 0.5 tsp it is only 5 calories, and would make an amazing dressing alternative if you like salads with moist veggies such as tomatoes or cucumbers.
