Julie, We email pretty much everyday, depending on our schedules. Sometimes one of us goes out of town but whoever is still around keeps the emails going, so if theres four of us there should always be someone to talk to. Can't wait to here from you Amanda

Hi, I had the empty feeling to, I've been eating fruit or a south beach diet snack bar in between meals , they only have 100 calories, sometimes I have to do both I'll eat some fruit & I still get hungry so I have a snack bar. I hope this helps Amanda

Hi, I experienced headaches in the beginning because I was trying to stop drinking pop (get rid of those calories) so if you are a big caffeine drinker maybe that could be the problem, I have top drink a regular pop every couple of days I don't know if this is the problem your having but just a thought
